Druthers’ sampler. Two days, two cities, three brewpubs. On a recent weekend in November, I had a chance to drink and dine in good company at three New York State brewpubs: Druthers, Empire Brewing Co. and Syracuse Suds Factory.
Curious. With darkness setting in, and the wind howling from the oncoming hurricane, I decided to try two samples from The House of Shandy Beer Co. Thus, Hurricane Shandy. (Insert chuckle here. Or not.)
